Its location was peaceful and fab, close enough to restaurants, the tube. Local fast food option Burger King was 20 minutes walk away. The bed was comfy, and there were iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker too.

The location was great. The rooms were clean. It was a fine place to stay at for a few days. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough.
The security of the hotel could be improved, although the area looks really safe. The electronic devices in the hotel are about 15-20 years old, some of them don't really work.

Staff were helpful and gave us an earlier breakfast as had to get to marathon start but toaster made a very high screeching noise.
No tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom, very dated and very basic room

The location was great, really easy to get in and out of the city
The only problem was the parking. We used an ncp car park which was under the Hilton hotel which was about a 10min walk away. Would have been a perfect stay if they had parking

The staff is really helpful and the location is excellent (very close to the Earl's Court undeground station.)
The breakfast should consist of a better variety of food. 70 pounds per night is too expensive for this type of hotel.

The staff were really freindly and had great knowledge of the city. It was situated in a really nice area and was easy to travel to and from thanks to being really close to to public transport.
